I love these little cards. They make me smile. I like the clouds and the balloon floating away. My good friend gave me a card similar to this for one of my bridal showers. That card is what really sparked my interest in learning to make my own cards.
The clouds are cut using a cloud whole punch from Fiskars
The balloon is a 1 inch circle punch (with a stick on rhinestone accent)
The blue paper was run through my Cuddlebug using the swiss dots folder.
The stamps are from Paper Smooches and embossed with red sparkly embossing powder
