Happy Birthday! Actually I don't know anyone who has a birthday today, but I just love this little card :) I combined some ideas off of Pinterest to create it.
The candles are (obviously) just cut out of paper. For the solid color candles, I dry embossed them using my cuddlebug to give them a wee bit of deminsion. Although it doesn't show up real well in the picture, the black background is also dry embossed with the swirly folder.
For the "flames" I cut those using my Silhouette, I also used some orange ink around the edges of the flames. Have a great day and Happy Cardmaking!
